The self-check-in made arrival easy, but the lack of a clearly marked ice machine and a smaller room size were drawbacks. Nevertheless, the cozy bed made for a restful night after exploring Mount Shasta.

Can’t fault anything about it.

Very cozy for a solo traveler. The room is clean and has a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. The bed was excellent, and I rested very well. It's conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants. Enjoyed the outdoor area with picnic tables and fire pit. 😊

excellent wifi, strong water pressure, clean shower head
The lobby closed at inconvenient times!!! A properly functioning lockbox would save a lot of hassle!!! The tight parking situation too could be improved for better accessibility!!! Room sizes definitely need some rethinking!!!

The Deluxe Queen Room was really comfy, especially the bed and pillows! The good AC kept us cool, and the shower pressure was amazing. Plus, the wifi was top-notch, better than most places I’ve stayed. It’s super close to places to eat, which is a big plus. Just a bit of noise from outside, but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, a solid stay!

Close to everything with comfy beds
I really liked how close I was to everything in town while staying here. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. However, I wish the room was a bit larger and better maintained, as it felt cramped and a bit outdated.
